Visions 4 You Home Care (V4Y) is a locally owned agency that provides self-directed home care services.
V4Y provides Home Care through In-Home Support Services (IHSS), which is a Health First Colorado (formerly Medicaid) waiver program. This program offers the opportunity for the client to direct their own care and to hire their own attendants through the agency. IHSS is a unique waiver program that enables clients to have real choices in selecting and managing their attendants while still having the support of an agency that can provide on-call backup services. Services may be provided by a family member, parent, spouse, or friend. Services are for individuals requiring long-term care that are on the EBD Home and Community-Based Services waiver. V4Y is committed to providing service options that empower clients to direct and manage long-term care services in their own home. IHSS permits the client to choose, direct, and manage attendants who provide personal care, homemaker and health maintenance services, with the added support of the agency. Through IHSS, you may select, train, and manage attendants of your choice that best fit your unique needs, or responsibilities may be assigned to an authorized representative. |

Visions 4 You Home Care is a locally owned company since 2013. Staff has over 35 years of home health care and independent living experience. We believe that clients of Visions 4 You Home Care services should have choices in who provides their care. V4Y differs from standard home care agencies in that the client chooses the persons that provide services with support of the company.
